Auction units must be paid in CASH ONLY at the facility where the unit is located. 2. Cleaning deposit paid in CASH only is returned after approved inspection of the unit. 3. Auction Buyer must show ID or have letter stating buyers representative name and they must show ID to gain access to the unit. 4. Auction Buyers must contact the storage facility office where the unit is located within 72 hours after the auction ends. 5. Buyer must clean unit out during office hours only. No gate access code will be given out. * Contact facility immediately when auction ends to make arrangements to pay for and pick up unit. * You must have a paid invoice in order to pick up unit. * You must be 18 years or older to bid. * You must provide a valid photo ID to Site Manager. *** You must bring your own lock to secure the unit. *** A $100 cash refundable cleaning deposit is charged on every unit you buy. *** You must broom sweep the unit and you must remove all contents and trash from the unit and the facility grounds. *** Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit. ** If you would like to rent the unit after the auction, the manager can assist you. *** Smoking is prohibited on the storage facility properties. ** Respect the Property, Managers, Tenants, and other Buyers at all times.
