Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Winning bidder has 48 hours to pay, in full, for Unit from close of bidding. If not paid for within 48 hours, winner loses any claim to the unit and will not be entitled to a refund of any amount paid. Unit must be turned over to facility management by 5 p.m after 48 hours from close of bid.
