Additional Terms: This is a deliquent unit. We have no idea what the items condition are and will not be held liable for thing another defaulted on. 24 Hour Clean up time, No dumpster privileges, $100 cash deposit if you fully clean and leave NOTHING on premises.. Only doing showings by appointment for auctions. If you bid; win and refuse to pay the firm or Penske: we go to the next bidder as we report a record of what transpired on our end.
