ADDITIONAL TERMS: NOTICE TO BUYERS & BIDDERS: Upon winning a storage space, you must contact the office within 24 hours at 402-443-1022. You need to arrange payment via cash or credit card (Visa/MC/Discover). You will receive information to access the property to remove the contents of the space once payment is received. Access hours for removal are 8am-10pm and you will have at least 48 hours total until Sunday at 5 pm to clean out the space. Our office is open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until Noon, so contact and payment must be made by Saturday before 11:30 am CST. Buyer must remove all property from the storage space and the unit must be swept. If all items are not removed from the space by 5 pm on Sunday, the buyer forfeits the $200 cleaning deposit. Triple C Mini Storage also reserves the right to charge any cleaning and disposal fees above the $200 deposit. Any remaining property left in the storage space after the deadline for cleaning will become the property of Triple C Mini Storage. It is the Buyer's responsibility to immediately return any personal and military items they find in the storage space. Items include family photos, financial records, legal documents, etc. Any military items must be returned to the office to be picked up by the local National Guard. Triple C Mini Storage reserves the right to cancel any auction if the bids are deemed unreasonable. Bidders must be at least 18 years old. Landlords, officers, members, partners and employees shall not be liable whatsoever to any extent to Buyer or Buyer's invitees, family or others for any personal injury or death arising from Buyer's use of the storage space or premises from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, the active or passive acts or omissions or negligence of Landlord, or respective agents, officers, or employees. If you are a current tenant at Triple C Mini Storage and your account has a past due balance a $200 cleaning deposit may also be applied to your past due balance.
