*Access to remove the items from the unit bought are Monday through Saturday 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. * 72 hours to empty and vacate the unit from the date of sale. *Must come to the property office with picture ID and receipt of winning bid to have access to the unit. *$100.00 refundable cleaning deposit is required prior to entry and will be returned to bidder once property manager inspects the unit as vacated and cleaned. *On site Dumpster usage is not permitted. You must haul away all items in unit. * No smoking or pets allowed on property
