Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Additional Terms; Payment to be made by credit card when auction is won. Contact facility immediately (not more than 24 hours) when auction ends to make arrangements to pick up the unit contents. Tenants bidding on their own unit do not alleviate the debt obligation and will still owe the full balance due on the unit. Buyer has 72 hours to clean out the unit. Deposit of $100 (to be given back when unit is completely empty and cleaned out). Pallets belong to the storage company. If the unit is not empty and swept clean at the 72 hour mark , the unit will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the storage facility and the $100 refundable deposit to be used to dispose of the items left. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit.
