Additional Terms: The contents of this unit are being sold in accordance with PA lien laws. Acceptable payment method is Cash. A cleaning deposit of $25 in cash is required and will be returned upon inspection by property employee. There is no dumpster on site so all items are required to be removed from the property. Access to the property will be given during normal operating hours by appointment.
