This is a 1978, 23ft American Marine with an inboard motor. We were told the motor had just been rebuilt.
* Per terms below regarding $100 cleaning deposit, one will not be required in this case.

We require unit to be cleaned out within 72 hours. There is a $100 cleaning deposit to be paid up front and to be returned to you after unit is cleaned out. If unit can not be cleaned out within the 72 hour time frame winning bidder can rent the unit space.
