Additional Terms: Winning Bidder must come with picture ID and pay cash for unit before 5:00 PM on the date of Auction close (you win). For Payment and deposit, Only cash will be accepted. 48 Hour clean out, $50.00 each additional day not cleared (up to 3 days). No dumping. Must have your own lock to secure unit once turned over to you, and remove your lock when cleared. Gate access for clean out, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week. Deposits must be claimed in the office during business hours 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday thru Friday only.
