Unit N107 measures 11 feet wide by 9 feet deep. It contains kitchen equipment and other items from a Chinese restaurant. This includes shelves, racks, bins, tubs, cutting boards, kitchen prep equipment and work surfaces, wooden high chairs, misc., etc.

Unit S152 is the sixth of 13 auction units rented by the same customer. It is on our first floor, south section. It has an 8 foot wide rollup door. Access here is by keypad code. Gate hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day.

Unit S152 measures 9 feet wide by 13 feet deep and has a footprint of 117 square feet. It contains one hotel minibar cabinet, several nice leather side chairs, approximately 40 metal floorlamps obtained from a remodel of the Edgewater Inn nearby, stacks of woodframed wall mirrors from the hotel, and misc. items pictured.

Unit S143 is the fifth of 13 auction units rented by the same customer. It is on our first floor, south section. It has a 5 foot rollup door. Access here is by keypad code. Gate hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day.

Unit S143 measures 8 feet deep by 28 feet long and has a footprint of 224 square feet. It contains approximately 20 minibars standing on end. They are from the Edgewater Inn nearby. Each minibar has outside sections with pullout drawers and a center section for a minifridge. See auction unit S005 for refrigerators. This unit also contains multiple restaurant seating chairs, plus a portable, snap together wood parquet dance floor (dimensions unknown, but probably 12 x 12 or 15 x 15). Also misc. items pictured.

Unit S141 is the fourth of 13 auction units rented by the same customer. It is on our first floor, south section. It has an 8 foot rollup door. Access here is by keypad code. Gate hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day.

Unit S141 measures 11 feet wide by 19 feet deep and has a footprint of 209 square feet. The unit has 2 sections of 8 foot long, heavy duty steel and plywood shelving in it. Contents of the unit include tables, chairs, shelves, leather chairs, 2 black wood minibars from the Edgewater Inn, restaurant seating chairs, lampshades for the metal floorlamps in units S005 and S152, vases, knickknacks, misc., etc.

Unit S010 is the third of 13 auction units rented by the same customer. It is a basement unit accessed by a passenger style elevator or 2 flights of hallway stairs. It has a 3 foot wide swinging door and interior lighting. Access here is by keypad code. Gate hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day.

Unit S010 measures 20 feet wide by 30 feet deep, and has a footprint of 600 square feet. It contains used furniture and items including a sofa, chairs, tables, desks, shelving, misc., etc.

Unit S005 is the second of 13 auction units rented by the same customer. It is a basement unit accessed by a passenger style elevator or 2 flights of hallway stairs. It has a 3 foot wide swinging door and interior lighting. Access here is by keypad code. Gate hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day.

Unit S005 measures 15 feet wide by 22 feet deep and has a footprint of 330 square feet. It contains used furniture, including tables, chairs, shelving, a nice oak armoire, stacks of mini refrigerators (see also auction unit S143), plastic restaurant dishwasher racks, misc., etc.

Unit S001 is the first of 13 auction units rented by the same customer. It is a basement unit accessed by a passenger style elevator or 2 flights of hallway stairs. It has a 3 foot wide swinging door and interior lighting. Access here is by keypad code. Gate hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day.


Unit S001 measures 23 feet wide by 37 feet long, and has a footprint of 850 square feet. It is filled with used furniture, tables, desks, chairs, metal floor lamps (from a remodel of the Edgewater Inn across the street), knickknacks, and misc. The large black cabinets are minibars from the Edgewater. They have pullout shelves on each side and a center section for a mini-fridge (not included, but see also unit S005). The pictures show views from the front, center, and back of the unit, but not necessarily all things obscured by other items in front. I am guessing there are 20 - 30 of the floor lamps.

Unit N411 measures 6 feet wide by 5 feet deep, and has a footprint of 30 square feet. It contains numerous well organized boxes and bins piled high, plus bags and misc. personal items. See photos for details.After registering as the auction winner, access hours are 5 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. for cleanout.

Unit S129 measures 11 feet wide by 7 feet deep, and has a footprint of 77 square feet. Items appear to be well packed for transport and include: numerous labeled boxes, wooden table, 3 padded and taped rectangular items (picture, photo, or mirror?), etc. Please see pictures for details.
