    This is an estate from a mother of one of our customers that lives in California. This was his mother‘s estate. We are offering everything as pictured in photographs as a single lot. Wood-burning stove appliances, and any attached items are not part of the sale.
    The high bidder can take what they want and can leave all unwanted items behind. The real estate is also for sale. If you are interested, I will put you in direct contact with the seller.
    The winning bidder will pay 10% as an administration fee on our site and then will meet the Seller at the address listed, which is a hotel parking lot and you will drive to the residence.     This is an estate from a Private Seller. This auction is being conducted by StorageAuctions.net. These two garages were rented to a gentleman named Steve that was also known as Steve’s Corvette Parts, he was 77 years old and passed away this last Dec. The family is overwhelmed with amount of inventory. we are selling all of the contents as a single lot. The starting bid is $1.00 and this is being sold as is where is. This lot will be sold, regardless of price, the high bidder will be expected to remove most of the items that are in the space. If there are heavy items that are too cumbersome for the bidder to remove then they will be able to leave those items, i.e. shelving, etc.. everything else needs to be removed from the property and there shall not be any third-party sales allowed.
    The successful bidder will be charged 10% at the award of bid and then must immediately call Auctioneers at 1-800-838-7653 to make arrangements to meet the representative at the site so you can pay your bid price due and get access to the goods.
