Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Payment in full due prior to access of contents. 48 hours given for thorough clean out of container during office hours only. Container not included in bidding, only items within. Bidder must take all contents within container.
