Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Winning buyer should contact office to make payment arrangements within 24 hours of closing. All contents must be removed from the unit within the required clean-out time of 48 hours in order to receive a refund of your cleaning deposit. No use the on-site dumpsters. Smoking is prohibited on the property. Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit. No pets allowed at facility. Respect the property, managers, tenants, and other buyers at all times. PERSONAL ITEMS FOUND WITHIN THE UNIT SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE SITE MANAGER IMMEDIATELY. Cash Only
