Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Winner pays bid price. Winner will put down a cleaning deposit of $100 , which will be refunded once unit is completely empty and swept out by 48 hours. If auction is canceled at any point it is due to the tenant paying their bill in full.
