Auction Description
You will be bidding on a storage lot that contains 1 - 10X10 vault. A refundable cleaning deposit of $25 required and will be returned to buyer once the contents of all vaults are taken off site (into a vehicle is fine) and area is completely cleaned up. No cartons or wrappings left behind. Please note this lot does not have a manifest detailing what is inside the vault, so what you see if what you get.

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Payment with cash or credit card only. An appointment with Chipman Relocation will be scheduled to pickup winning bid and make payment.
