Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: PAYMENT AND TERMS 1. Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid 2. Acceptable payment types at the facility are: Cash Only 3. You must provide a valid Photo I.D. to the Site Manager 4. A refundable cleaning deposit of $100 payable in cash, is required 5. Immediate payment is required prior to gaining access to the unit 6. Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit 7. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit PICK UP AND DISPOSAL 1. You must remove all contents and ???broom sweep??? the unit within the required cleanout time of 48 hours from auction end, during office hours only. 2. You are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters 3. If you would like to rent the unit after the auction, the manager can assist you 4. Smoking is prohibited on the property 5. Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit 6. Do not park in customer parking 7. No pets allowed at facility 8. Respect the property, managers, tenants, and other buyers at all times
