This unit includes a washer and dryer, vacuum, lamps, a mop, plastic shelves and organizers, a fabric tote, chairs, a rake, buckets, golf clubs, a table, a tool box, and miscellaneous boxes.

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Please pay for the unit and cleaning deposit within 24 hours of winning bid. Please clean out the unit within 72 hours of the auction ending. The office will contact you with the gate code and lock codes.
