ADDITIONAL TERMS: High bidder must contact the office within 24 hours at 402-721-1034 and arrange payment via cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Upon receipt of payment (total bid plus $100.00 cash deposit), successful bidder can schedule removal of the property purchased during office hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Twenty-four (24) hour access is allowed as long as unit is locked when unit is not attended during clean out process. Clean out must be completed within 72 hours of auction closing. Extension of deadline must be agreed upon with the facility owner or manager. Storage space must be empty and broom cleaned for reimbursement of the $100.00 cash deposit. Inspection of unit will be during office hours for release of deposit. General Self Storage reserves the right to charge for repairs, cleaning and disposal fees exceeding the deposit. Property left in the storage space after the deadline will become the property of General Self Storage. Items such as family photos, financial records, and legal documents, etc. shall be given to the General Self Storage office. Any military items must be given to the office to be picked up by the local National Guard. General Self Storage reserves the right to cancel any auction if the bids are deemed unreasonable. Bidders must be at least 18 years old. Landlord, officers, members, partners and employees shall not be liable whatsoever to any extent to Buyer or Buyer's invitees, family or others for damage to bid items, or personal injury or death arising from Buyer's use of the storage space or premises from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, the active or passive acts or omissions or negligence of the Owner or respective agents, officers, or employees.
