Additional Terms: 1. Immediate cash payment is required if you purchase a unit 2. Sales Tax will apply unless you have a seller's permit and bring a copy to present before payment. 3. You have 72 hours from the date of the sale to remove all the contents and leave the unit clean. 4. A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is also charged on every unit you buy. 5.
