Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: The contents of this unit are being sold in accordance with PA lien laws. Acceptable payment methods are Cash or money order. A cleaning deposit of $100 in cash is required and will be returned upon inspection by property employee. There is no dumpster on site so all items are required to be removed from the property. Access to the property will be during office times.
