ADDITIONAL TERMS: Everything is sold as is where is. This is an online pre-bid auction that will close 15 minutes prior to the live auction. The live auction will take place at 10005 Arrow RTE Rancho Cucamonga Ca 91730 on December 1st at 11am. The online high bidder and that maximum bid will be used at the live auction as a proxy bid against live bidders. Unsuccessful online bidders will be notified after the auction on how much the unit sold for and that it sold to the live audience. Successful online bidders will be notified via email and immediately be charged 10% of the winning bid. Once you???re notified that you have won the unit you must show up within 24 hours to pay cash for the unit along with a $100 refundable cleaning deposit which will be refunded to you by the manager after the unit has been confirmed cleaned out. **Tenants bidding on their own unit do not alleviate their debt obligation and will still owe the full balance due on the unit.** 1.
