Additional Terms: : Everything is sold as is where is. This is a cash only sale. This is an online pre-bid auction that will close 15 minutes prior to the live auction. The live auction will take place at 1110 W Foothill Blvd Azusa Ca. on Wednesday, December 2 at 9 AM The online high bidder and that maximum bid will be used at the live auction as a proxy bid against live bidders. Unsuccessful online bidders will be notified after the auction on how much the unit sold for and that it sold to the live audience. Successful online bidders will be notified via email and immediately be charged 10% of the winning bid. Once you’re notified that you have won the unit you must show up within 24 hours to pay cash for the unit along with a $100 refundable cleaning deposit which will be refunded to you by the manager after the unit has been confirmed cleaned out. **Tenants bidding on their own unit do not alleviate their debt obligation and will still owe the full balance due on the unit.** 1. Auction units must be paid in Cash Only at the facility where the unit is located. 2. Cleaning Deposit paid in Cash and only returned after approved inspection of unit. 3. Auction Buyer needs to fill out facility buyer's agreement. 4. Auction buyer must show ID or have letter stating buyer's representative name and they must show ID to gain access to unit. 5. Auction Buyers must contact the storage facility office where the unit is located and pay cash plus cleaning deposit no later than 24 hours after the auction ends. 6. Buyer must clean unit out during office hours only. No gate access code will be given out. * Contact facility immediately when auction ends, to make arrangements to pay for and pick up the unit. * You must have a Paid Invoice with a matching unique number in order to pick up unit. * You must be 18 years old to bid. *** You must provide a valid photo I.D. to the Site Manager. *** You must bring your own lock to secure the unit. *** You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding or paying. *** Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit. *** The Auctioneer has final say on all issues, including whether to refuse a bid if a bidder has disrupted an auction or violated any rules. *** Immediate cash payment is required when you purchase a unit. *** Sales tax may apply. If you have a resale license, bring a copy and present before payment. *** You have 48 hours to remove the contents entirely and ***broom sweep*** the unit. *** A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is charged on every unit you buy. *** You must remove all of the contents and trash from the unit and facility grounds. *** You are not allowed to use the dumpsters on the facility property. *** Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit. *** Smoking is prohibited on storage facility properties. *** No Pets allowed at facility *** Respect the Property, Managers, Tenants and other Buyers at all times. *** PERSONAL ITEMS FOUND WITHIN THE UNIT SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE SITE MANAGER IMMEDIATELY.
