Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Cash only payment within 48 hours of auction ending. Clean out all contents of unit within 48 hours of auction ending. No disposal onsite, all items must be removed and unit swept. $50 cash cleaning deposit refunded upon inspection by manager of unit cleaned out. Access during office hours only.
