Additional Terms: * $100 cleaning deposit. Cleaning deposit will be refunded once the unit is empty and clean. * Until payment is made at the self storage facility listed above, the facility has the right to cancel the sale. * Please bring invoice, driver's license (or other valid photo identification) to the storage facility to claim the unit. * Winning bidder must claim the unit within 72 hours of the close of auction. Contact Facility Manager if you must make arrangements to claim unit. * Office is closed on Sundays.
