Terms not met, DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED! No public dumpster on site. ID & Invoice is required at time of purchase. If not cleaned out fully, or trash left, deposit will not be returned. If not emptied within 72 hours, you must RENT the unit or forfeit deposit. MUST have lock at time of payment or you must purchase one. NO EXCEPTIONS
