Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: -Pay within 24 hrs of auction close -Units have a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 calendar days to entirely remove the contents of the unit. -Units have a $100 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: or Cash, and show a photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit. -Clutter Self-Storage accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash -Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: 10AM - 6PM -Any personal items found in this unit will be returned to the store manager where the unit is purchased. These items are NOT 'being sold' and are not included with the sale. This includes, but is not limited to: passports, tax papers, divorce papers, credit & bank cards, driver licenses, naturalization papers & photographs. If you are unsure if an item falls within these guidelines please ask the store manager. -Auction buyers may elect to rent the storage unit that was purchased, NO promotion or promotional pricing will be offered, this applies to any renting any unit while registered as an auction buyer. -All auction unit(s) are subject to cancellation by the storage facility -If the winning bidder has not submitted payment within 24 hours of the auction close time, the unit can be offered to alternate bidders. -The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder unless otherwise stated in the state's lien laws or by the storage facility.
