Auction Description
Hello I am a new auctioneer just starting out and I have up for auction the contents of this storage unit. It is an entire thrift store inventory, mostly women's clothes, shoes and purses. Some brand new and never worn but mostly used in good condition.. Alot of brand name items like Guess, Nine West and Forever 21. Also many brand new hardcover books, hangers and hygiene items. Enough inventory to start your own store.

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: 72 hours to clean unit out and try to leave as little trash as possible.
