The seller has two private units being stored at Kalmia RV. The units contain commercial woodworking equipment from a shop owners estate. We are selling this equipment on behalf of his widow in the matter of his shop.
There will be a $500.00 cash cleaning deposit required. Everything will be sold as a single lot and we will give the winning bidder five days to remove items. There is a 15% buyers premium added to the sale. 10% deposit will be collected at the conclusion of this auction winning bidder will owe the additional 5% buyers premium plus the high bid by Friday noon
