Additional Terms: REFUNDABLE Cleaning deposit is $50, Cash Only. The $50 is Refunded when unit is emptied of all items and swept out. Call or come by 9:30 am to 4:00 pm and pay with Cash Only. The auction site charges separate for the auction fee.
