Additional Terms: 24 Hour Clean up time, No dumpster privileges, $100 cash deposit. Anything we find on site the you "sneak" dumped to outside gets taken out of you deposit, so we may pay for another to clean. Only doing showings by appointment time we call you with for auctions. If you bid; win and refuse to pay the firm or the Penske agent: we go to the next bidder as we report a record of what transpired on our end.
