Additional Terms: VERY IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE YOU BID: -ALL ALCOHOL WILL BE REMOVED AFTER SALE -Contact the facility immediately when auction ends to arrange payment for and pick up of the unit contents -You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding -StorageAuction.net has final say on all issues including whether to refuse a bid if a bidder has disrupted an auction or violated our Terms of Use PAYMENT AND TERMS: -Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid -You must have a Paid Invoice in order to pick up unit contents -If you have an Unpaid Invoice, please update your credit card in your account and click Pay Now to generate a Paid Invoice -You must provide a valid Photo I.D. to the Site Manager -A refundable cleaning deposit may also be charged -Sales tax will be charged at the facility's office at the time of purchase unless a copy of a resale license is provided. -Immediate payment is required prior to gaining access to the unit -Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit -You must bring your own lock to secure the unit PICK UP AND DISPOSAL: -You must remove all contents and broom sweep the unit within the required clean-out time -You are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters -If you would like to rent the unit after the auction, the manager can assist you -Smoking is prohibited on the property -Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit -Do not park in customer parking -No pets allowed at facility -Respect the property, managers, tenants, and other buyers at all times -PERSONAL ITEMS FOUND WITHIN THE UNIT SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE SITE MANAGER IMMEDIATELY.
