Additional Terms: 72 Hour clean out. No dumpster available. $100.00 clean fee. Unit is forfeited after 72 hours of no clean out. No refunds . U-Haul requests that all items of a personal nature be boxed at the time of removal from the unit with the unit number on the box (photos, home movies, personal papers/records) and returned to the office. U-Haul also request that all items marked or identified as U-Haul equipment be returned to the office when unit is emptied.
