Additional Terms: NOTICE TO BUYERS & BIDDERS: We cannot guarantee the condition of the items in the storage unit. All photos are taken from the outside of the unit and no items are inspected inside the unit. The winning bidder shall pay in CASH within 24 hours and completely empty the contents of the unit within 72 hours. The winner bidder understands a charge of up to $400 will be incurred if the unit is not completely emptied in the time frame established within these terms and conditions.
