Additional Terms: * $200 cleaning deposit. Cleaning deposit will be refunded once the unit is empty and clean. * Until payment is made at the self storage facility listed above, the facility has the right to cancel the sale. * Please bring invoice, driver's license (or other valid photo identification) to the storage facility to claim the unit. * Winning bidder must claim/clear the unit within 72 business hours of the close of auction. Contact Facility Manager if you must make arrangements to claim unit. *24 hours = 3 days at 8 hours per day. *Failing to clear out unit will result in bidder be reported to storageauctions.net and banned from any future bidding with A-American Self Storage.
