MANAGER SPECIAL.... Christmas decor, Santas and Mrs Claus all move, lots of miniature decorations, Easter items, Halloween items, large pack of construction paper, kids craft books and craft items, decorative printer paper, photo paper, printer magnet sheets, box of string lights (not tested), combo locks, stuffed toys, hand embroidered linens, small Samsonite case (it opens but there is no key for the lock), yarn, beaded wedding dress (sealed in a storage box).

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: 48 hours to pay in cash, 48 hours after payment to empty and clean unit. Payment must be made during office hours. Office hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm.
