IMPORTANT: This unit is extremely full and densely packed. Due to the volume of contents, the unit could only be inspected and photographed from the entrance. The contents have not been individually inventoried, and the condition, quantity, and functionality of items inside the unit are unknown.
The winning bidder is purchasing the unit and its contents as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or representations regarding the contents. Bidders are encouraged to carefully review the photo and information provided and bid accordingly.
Please be aware that some items may be located behind or underneath other contents and may not be visible in the photograph.
Buyer is responsible for removing all contents from the unit and leaving the unit completely empty and clean by the required deadline.

PAYMENT: After winning your bid please contact our office immediately by texting 541-389-8794. The office manager will collect payment via a credit card and will provide the unlock code for the unit. Payment accepted by Visa or Mastercard only. No personal checks, cash or money orders. CLEANING DEPOSIT: We require unit to be cleaned out within 48 hours. There is a $500 cleaning deposit to be paid up front with a credit card and to be returned to you (via a refund to your credit card) after unit is cleaned out. If unit can not be cleaned out within the 48 hour time frame, the winning bidder can rent the unit space if winning bidder is not currently delinquent with Clarks Mini Storage. All units must be left broom clean with all items removed no later than the deadline stated above. There is no dumpster on the property. Failure of buyer to abide by this or any other sale term will result in denial of future bidding rights and forfeit of clean-out deposit. SECURING THE UNIT AFTER THE AUCTION: The winning bidder must immediately put their lock on the unit. The facility is not responsible for items taken from the unit after a sale. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: Clarks Mini Storage has video surveillance and if it is determined that any trash from this purchase of this unit is left on the property, the cleaning deposit will be forfeited.
