This is a Garage with Private tools from a widower that has recently lost her husband and these were his items. This is going to be a pre-bid sale whereas we will meet at 4000 Barranca Ave. in Irvine at 2 o’clock on 13 October,
The actual address for privacy reasons is just down the road. We’ll meet at 2 o’clock and drive a short distance to the address open up the garage and have an auction whoever wins. This online portion will be represented by the Auctioneer and notified after the Auction if they were indeed winner or not. This is a pre bid Auction. Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: This is a cash sale 15% buyers premium if the Online high Bidder is ultimately the high bitter than a 10% deposit will be charged to the credit card after the auction and then their winner will have to make arrangements to pay the balance and pick up the items.
