Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: NOTICE TO BUYERS & BIDDERS: Winning bidder has by the end of next business day to contact the management office at 605-321-7060 to pay for the unit using CREDIT CARD ONLY (we will not accept cash, check, or money orders). The sale is not final until the bid has been paid and the unit is cleaned out. Winning bidder must schedule a time when making payment to meet with property manager within 48 hours of payment to clean out unit in its ENTIRETY. ALL property must be taken at the scheduled time of pickup so please come prepared with the proper size vehicle, van, trailer, etc. Don't forget to bring gloves, extra boxes, and any other tools necessary. Any personal items belonging to the original tenant such as ID's, passports, legal or financial documents must be returned to the storage unit so they can be returned to the tenant.
