Additional Terms: Winning auction buyers MUST make contact with the facility manager to make arrangements to pick up of won auction unit and make payment within 24 hours of auction end time. The winning auction buyer must provide a Valid ID. A $50 cash deposit is required as a cleaning deposit which will be returned after confirming unit is empty of all contents and broom swept clean. The winning auction buyer has 48 hours to clear out the won auction unit. The winning auction buyers access hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm.
