Auctioning off my storage unit as I am moving across the country and will only be bringing essentials. This storage unit is mostly comprised of high end furniture and appliances. There is no random junk and everything is in good condition. High ended leather love seat and chairs, a Tempur-pedic mattress, tv, washer and dryer, and much more!

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Buyer is to arrange a pickup time so that I can come lead to and unlock the storage unit. No items may be left behind, everything must be taken. No cherry picking!
