Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Winning bidders must clean out the unit entirely, leaving it in broom-swept condition, before the end of the 72-hour clean-out period. Please send a picture of the unit to auctions@theanchorstorage.com. Provided the unit is sufficiently cleaned out, cleaning deposits will be returned within 2 business days of receiving the picture. The storage facility is not liable for the goods purchased at the time of the sale. Units are purchased in “AS-IS” condition. With the purchase of any unit, there are no guarantees or warranties implied or included with the sale. The winning bidder will pay Anchor Self-Storage of Paulding directly for the remaining balance of the unit, in agreement with the facility’s terms. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL!
