ADDITIONAL TERMS: Winning bidder has 72 hours to pay for unit and clean out. $100.00 cash cleaning deposit for each unit won. Must come by the office during business hours to pay for unit(s) and get gate code first. Then winning bidder will be able to access the unit(s) during regular gate hours. 6am. - 9pm. Unit must be completely cleaned out in order to get the deposit back.
