Additional Terms: CASH ONLY-$100.00 Cleaning Deposit, PER UNIT! Unit must be SWEPT OUT & CLEANED out completely front to back-NO EXCEPTIONS!! Terms not met, DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED! No public dumpster on site. ID & Invoice is required at time of purchase. If not cleaned out fully, or trash left, deposit will not be returned. If not emptied within 72 hours, you must RENT the unit. MUST have lock at time of payment or you must purchase one. NO EXCEPTIONS
