Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Payment must be within 24 hours from the time of the bid. Buyer has 48 hours to remove the items from storage. If you need longer, please talk to the Manager. After payment your gate access is 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
