Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit. Must take all. We do not have a dumpster or a trash can for you to throw things away. Must haul off everything inside unit. Cash only. Non-negotiable. This website has their own fee. You pay for the unit when you come to clean it out and cash only accepted for payment and deposit. You have 72 hours to clean it out. Again, we do not have a place for trash. The dump trucks on site are private property and we can not throw trash or anything in them.
