Additional Terms: This is a cash only auction, 15% buyers premium. This platform will collect 10% as a deposit upon winning the bid. The winning bidder show contact the facility upon close of auction and set up time to come in and pay and start cleaning out unit. $100 cleaning deposit will be collected by the manager and refund it to the buyer after inspection that all items have been removed and the unit is broom swept. please bring your broom. No smoking on property. Please do not use the dumpsters. Plan on cleaning out The unit and notifying the manager when you’re through. The manager will inspect the unit and refund your cleaning deposit once the unit is completely cleaned out properly and with the time specified. Each unit will have 48 hours for removal of items.
