ADDITIONAL TERMS: Immediately after auction ends, contact K & K Storage at 320-583-3897 to make clean out arrangements and cash payment. Tenants bidding on their own unit do not alleviate their debt obligation and will still owe the full balance due on the unit. If unit is not emptied and swept clean with 48 hours, it will be considered abandoned and become property of the facility, and cleaning deposit is forfeited. Deposit of $100 to be returned when unit is completely empty and swept out. Pallets belong to the storage facility. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit.
