Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Please contact facility at auction close with payment arrangements. Unit should be paid via cash or card and cleaned out within 72 hours. There is a $100 cash deposit due and will be refunded once the unit is fully cleaned out and swept.
