Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.

Additional Terms: Winning bidder must pay for auction within 72 hours. UNIT MUST BE CLAIMED AND COMPLETELY EMPTIED AND PAID FOR IN 72 HOURS. Winning bidder must provide a $200 cash deposit while cleaning out unit. It is OK with us if it takes more than one day to clean out the unit. BUT, if any unit is not cleaned out in the 72 hour period, you will lose your cleaning deposit. Once you win the auction, contact our office by calling or texting (256) 500-8732 and we will arrange a time for staff to meet you onsite to collect payment and unlock unit for you.
