In this unit I see a TV, a Tanning bed light, lots of clothing, a lot of new stuff. A couple of jewelry boxes a small AMP. There is a small couch and also some sort of desk too. Must pay cleaning fee up front, once unit it cleaned you will receive a credit to your card for the 50.00 cleaning fee.

Additional Terms: *48 hours to empty and vacate the unit from the date and time of sale. *Must come to the property with picture ID and receipt of winning bid. *Balance must be paid with credit card. *$50.00 refundable cleaning deposit is required prior to entry and will be returned to bidder once property manager inspects the unit as vacated and cleaned. *On site Dumpster usage is not permitted. You must haul away ALL items in unit. * No smoking or pets allowed on property * The defaulted tenant has the right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the payment is received from the winning bidder. * All personal documents must be returned.
